Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Master Services Agreement Framework
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Kabhyan Technologies Private Limited. Enterprise engineering engagements are further defined by tailored Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA).
Kabhyan Technologies provides custom software engineering, cloud systems architecture, AI integration, and technical advisory services. Detailed project milestones, acceptance criteria, timeline guarantees, and SLAs are codified in individual SOW documents executed between parties.
Upon final settlement of project invoices according to the SOW milestones, all bespoke source code, UI/UX designs, architecture diagrams, and custom artifacts engineered exclusively for the client transfer 100% to the client.
Kabhyan Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing proprietary developer tooling, boilerplate frameworks, and general algorithms utilized during engineering.
We treat all client proprietary information, business data, access keys, source code, and customer records with strict confidentiality. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) remain active indefinitely or for the term specified in our MSA.
Kabhyan Technologies delivers solutions adhering to rigorous automated QA standards. We provide a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty period on all deployed milestones to rectify functional bugs identified within the agreed project scope.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kamrup / Guwahati, Assam, India.
